PRE-SALE CONDITIONS
i. The estimated delivery time for items identified as “Pre-sale” is approximately 10/15 days from the date of purchase. We are not responsible for delivery times that are different, although the customer may cancel the purchase at any time, and the order will be cancelled and the amount of the undelivered item will be refunded.
ii. Items offered as “Pre-Order” are products that are not in stock at the time of purchase. Therefore, the order will be shipped once the item is available to us .
iii. If you purchase a regular item and a pre-order item in the same order, the first item will be shipped within our usual time frame (provided the order exceeds 150 euros), while the pre-order item will be shipped later as soon as it is received.
