PRE-SALE CONDITIONS
i. The estimated delivery time for items identified as "Pre-order" is approximately 15 business days from the date of purchase.
However, as soon as we receive the replenishment, we proceed to ship all orders, so the delivery time may be shorter.
We are not responsible if the delivery time is longer, although the customer may withdraw from the purchase, and the order will be canceled and the amount of the undelivered item refunded, provided that it has not been shipped.
ii. Items offered as "Pre-order" are products that are not in stock at the time of purchase. Therefore, the order will be shipped once the item is available to us.
iii. In the event of purchasing a regular item and a pre-order item in the same order:
- If the order exceeds 150 euros, you can write to us at hola@muscaricollection.es and request that we ship what we have in stock within our usual timeframe, while the pre-order item will be shipped as soon as it is received.
- If the order does not exceed 150 euros, it will be shipped in its entirety once we receive the pre-order item.
