Spain - Peninsula
- Shipments will arrive within 48-72 business hours from the confirmation of the order. If the order is placed outside of business hours or during weekends or holidays, we will prepare it on the next business day.
- Shipping is FREE for orders over €59. For orders under €59, shipping costs are €4.95.
Spain - Balearic Islands
- Shipments will arrive to you within a period of 3 to 5 business days from the confirmation of the order. If the order is placed outside of business hours or during weekends or holidays, we will prepare it on the next working day.
- Shipping is FREE for orders over €150 . For orders under €150, shipping costs are €5.95.
Spain - Canary Islands
- Shipments will arrive within 3 to 5 business days from shipping confirmation.
- Shipping is FREE for orders over €150 . For orders under €150, shipping costs are €8.95 .
* Important : For all shipments to the Canary Islands, it is necessary that you send us an email to hola@muscaricollection.es before placing the order indicating your ID so that we can include it in the invoice in order to carry out customs procedures.
Portugal
- Shipments will arrive within 48-72 business hours from the confirmation of the order. If the order is placed outside of business hours or during weekends or holidays, we will prepare it on the next business day.
- Shipping costs will be €8.50.
Europe
- Depending on the destination country, the period is between 7 and 10 working days . If the order is placed outside of business hours or during weekends or holidays, we will prepare it on the next working day.
- Shipping costs will be €10.
Incidents
What happens if I am not available when it is delivered?
If you are not at home when your order arrives, the courier company will contact you at the phone number or email address you have provided to attempt delivery.
If they are unable to contact you , they will try to deliver it 2 more times and if not, the courier company will proceed:
- Deposit it at the office closest to your home.
- Return the package to our warehouse. In the latter case, once we receive the goods, we will contact you to offer to send the order again or a refund. In any case, we will charge the shipping costs since the shipment has been made.
My package is taking longer than expected
Check the tracking as there may be an incident with the delivery. Write to us at hola@muscaricollection.es and we will give you the necessary support to resolve it within 24 hours.
My order appears as delivered but I don't have it
In these cases, it is normal that the concierge or a neighbor has collected it. Please check with them or write to us at hola@muscaricollection.es so that we can send you the delivery certificate.
