To comply with customs procedures, it is essential that you provide us with your ID.

  • Before placing your order: Send an email to hola@muscaricollection.es including your ID so we can add it to your invoice. Without this information, your shipment may be delayed at customs.
Important tax and customs information

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, such as the United Kingdom and Switzerland, may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

The amount of these charges depends on the local regulations of each country and is beyond our control.

Should the customer refuse to pay the taxes or customs fees and the order is returned, we reserve the right to refund only the amount of the products, excluding shipping costs and any additional expenses arising from the return.

We recommend consulting with local customs authorities for detailed information before placing an order.

Incidents

Can I cancel my order?

Once the purchase is made, the order automatically enters preparation.

  • If it has not yet left our warehouse: Cancellation has a cost of €1.50 for management fees.
  • If it is already with the carrier: It must be processed as a standard return, with the customer assuming the transportation costs.
What happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery?

The courier company will contact you by phone or email. They will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package may be:

  1. Deposited at the office closest to your address.
  2. Returned to our warehouse.
    Important: We are not responsible for the cost of shipments returned due to incorrect contact information, incomplete addresses, or prolonged absence.
My package is showing as delivered but I don't have it

Don't worry! Sometimes carriers deliver it to a neighbor or concierge. If, after checking with them, you still don't have it, write to us at hola@muscaricollection.es and we will request the delivery certificate to solve the problem in less than 24 hours.
