Spain (Peninsula): free on orders over €59. Otherwise it will have a cost of €4.95
Spain (Balearic Islands): free on orders over €149. Otherwise it will have a cost of €5.95
Spain (Canary Islands): free on orders over €149. Otherwise it will have a cost of €8.95
Portugal: €8.50
Europe: €10

Delivery times
The estimated delivery times, counting from the day after placing the order, are as follows:
Spain and Portugal : from 24 to 48 working hours
Canary Islands and Europe : 3 to 5 business days

Incident with shipping
If your order has been lost or is being delayed, please contact our customer service at hola@muscaricollection.es
Once an order has been delivered to the correct address, MUSCARI is not responsible for stolen or lost packages.

Orders
Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order has not left our warehouse and the department is available to process it, an order may be cancelled. You just have to write an email to hola@muscaricollection.es and we will confirm if it has been possible to do it on time.
If your order has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled and a return will have to be processed.
I was confused with the data or the size
If you have made a mistake when writing any information or want to change it, you can write to us at hola@muscaricollection.es so that we can modify it as long as the order has not been prepared.
Track my order
After making your purchase you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email.
As soon as we have it ready, you will receive an email indicating that your order is ready and with the tracking link.

Product
Defective product
At MUSCARI we make an effort to review each order and each item sent, if exceptionally you have received an item different from the one purchased or the item is defective, or we ask that you please notify us by email at devoluciones@muscaricollection.es so that it remains written proof within 48 hours of receiving the package, attaching an image of the defect or damage.
Returns will not be accepted on used or manipulated products.
At that time, we will tell you how to make the change and we will send you the product in perfect condition as soon as possible, if we have stock. If there is no stock available, you can exchange it for another product or request a return and we will take care of the shipping costs.

Doubts with the size
You can check the size equivalence here but we recommend you check the measurements of each item in the product sheet to be 100% sure.
But if you still have doubts, you can send us your measurements and we will recommend the size that best suits you. You can do this through our chat or by sending an email to hola@muscaricollection.es
Notify me when my product returns
For any out-of-stock product, if you want us to notify you when it is back in stock, you can subscribe to the "let me know if there is a size" alert on the same product page, selecting your out-of-stock size and indicating your email. This way you will be one of the first to know!
Account
I can't access my account, what can I do?
If you can't access your account and can't recover your password, don't worry!! Write us an email to hola@muscaricollection.es with your name and the email you used to access and we will reactivate it for you.
I need an invoice
If you require an invoice, please ensure that the billing information is correct before completing the order as it is not possible to modify it.
In the order confirmation email you have the option to download the invoice.
If you have not received the email or have lost it, you can write to us at hola@muscaricollection.es and we will send it to you.
I want to receive information with the latest news from Muscari
Of course! You only have to sign up for our Newsletter and you will get a 10% discount for your first online purchase. You will be the first to have priority access to our collections and private sales.
How do I apply the welcome discount code?
We send the welcome discount code by email, if you have not received it, check your spam folder as sometimes they stay there.
The code that is generated is unique for each client, which is why it is important to locate the email when we send it.
If you still don't receive it, contact us at hello @muscaricollection.es and we'll see what happens.
The code must be entered manually for it to be applied to the order. It cannot be used on discounted products or combined with another discount code.
My discount code is not working
Your welcome code may not be working for several reasons:
1. Discounts are not cumulative, so if you try to apply it to a discounted item, it doesn't work.
2. The welcome code can be used only once.
If it is not one of these options, send us the code by email and we will review it within 24 hours.
