Returns & Exchanges

General return period
  • You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order to return any product.
  • Garments must be in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all their tags.
  • If your order includes pre-sale products and more than 15 days have passed, please email us at hola@muscaricollection.es.
Overdue returns (from the 16th to the 30th)

If more than 15 calendar days have passed since you received your order, but no more than 30 days in total, you can request a return as an exception.

You will not be able to request a refund to the original payment method, but you have the following options:

  • Gift card: you will receive a refund in the form of a gift card via email, valid for online purchases and with no expiration date.
  • Size exchange: you can exchange the product for another size, covering both shipping costs. To do this, you must follow the standard exchange process.

Non-returnable products
  • Fashion jewelry (for hygiene reasons), unless it has a manufacturing defect.

  • Garments without tags, that have been used, washed, or are in poor condition.
How to change/return an order

1. Access the returns portal with your order number and email address.

2. Select the garments you want to return and the reason for the return.

3. Choose between:

  • Refund to the same payment method (Note that if your payment method is a Gift Card, it will be refunded back to the Gift Card)
  • Exchange for another size/garment
  • Refund to a gift card only valid online (+5% extra)

4. Select your preferred shipping method:

  • Drop-off at a Post Office
  • Home collection
  • Do it yourself: choose your own carrier you must specify that it cannot be delivered to an office, as we will not be able to collect it and it will be sent back. Send the package to us at: Muscari Warehouse. C. Tierra de barros, 2. NAVE 6. 28823. Madrid
  • If you choose an exchange, the only shipping option is Delivery+Return: at the same time your package is delivered, your exchange will be collected

5. Prepare your package.

Change and return costs

RETURNS

  • 🚨 VERY IMPORTANT: If you choose the Do it Yourself method, the courier service you hire must specify that they never deliver to an office, as we will not be able to collect the package and it will be returned to the sender.

  • If Muscari has to incur any taxes or customs fees upon receipt of your package, these will be deducted from your refund.

  • The return cost is deducted from the amount to be refunded.
  • Initial shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances.
  • From the 3rd garment (included) an additional €1 will be charged for each garment, as transport companies charge based on the weight of the package.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are only available in Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal.

  • If you need an exchange from any other zone, you will have to make a return of the order separately, and a new order separately.
  • For the first exchange, Muscari will cover one shipment, and the customer the other. For the second exchange, the customer will cover both shipments.

Time to receive your refund

Our refund process consists of several stages to ensure that your returns are handled correctly. This period can range from 4 to 15 business days:

1. Package Reception (2-7 days)

Once the package leaves your address, it takes between 48 hours and 1 week to arrive at our facilities, depending on the carrier and the area.

You can track your shipment using the number on your return label.

2. Quality Control (1 week)

After receiving the package, we carry out a quality control check to verify that the products meet the return conditions (unused, unwashed, with tags). This process can take up to one week.

3. Refund Processing (24h)

Once the quality control is approved, we issue the refund within 24 business hours and you will receive a confirmation email.

4. Time until it is reflected in your account (3-10 days)

  • Card or Bizum: the refund is usually reflected in your account in approximately 72 business hours.
  • PayPal: the period can be up to 10 business days.

Defective product

If you have received a defective product or one without a label, you must write to us within 48 working hours of receiving the order to process the return.

Write to us at hola@muscaricollection.es. To make it as smooth as possible, please include your order number and attach photos of the defect. We will cover the shipping costs and offer you several options:

  • If we have the product in stock, we will send it to you in perfect condition as soon as possible.
  • If not, you can choose another product or a refund.


Muscari Collection S.L. reserves the right to reject defects not reported within this period.

In-store returns

To make a return in-store, please follow these steps:

  1. You must manage the return through our returns portal.
  2. Once completed, you will need to bring the garment to our store MUSCARI PROFESOR WAKSMAN – Calle Profesor Waksman, 11, 28036 Madrid.
  3. You will need to hand over the garment along with your return number to our colleagues in-store (if you have any questions, they can help you process it on-site).

--> Important:

  • If you want to make an in-store exchange, we will first refund the item's amount, and then you will need to make a new purchase for the item you take.
  • The store hours for returns and exchanges are:

    • Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM–2:30 PM and 4:30 PM–8:30 PM
    • Saturdays: 10:30 AM–2:30 PM
    • Sundays: Closed
  • In-store returns are completely free. The money will be refunded to the same payment method you used. The refund may take between 1 week and 10 days to appear in your account.
