Return period and requirements
Not convinced? No problem, you have 15 calendar days from receiving the order to make the return.

Changes and returns of jewelry are not accepted for hygiene reasons (unless the product is defective) as well as garments without labels, used and/or washed or in poor condition. In the event that an item is returned in poor condition or used, Muscari reserves the right to not accept the return.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
1. Once you've delivered your package, it may take up to a week to receive your refund, as quality control must be performed once it arrives at the warehouse.
2. Our warehouse performs this check every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday , so if your return was received on a Thursday, you will receive your refund between Tuesday and Wednesday.
3. Once we do this, you'll receive a notification and the refund will appear in your bank account within 72 business hours. If you paid with PayPal, this period can take up to 10 days.
Costes de la devolución
El coste de la devolución depende del tipo de envío que elijas e incluye hasta 2 prendas.
A partir de la 3.ª prenda, se sumará 1 € por prenda adicional.

Baleares: 5,95€

- Recogida a domicilio con Correos Express:

(+1€ por prenda adicional devuelta, a partir de las 2 prendas)
Los costes de la devolución se descontarán sobre el total del precio de las prendas en el momento del reembolso, los gastos de envio iniciales no se reembolsarán en ningún caso.
Late returns (exceptional)
For returns outside the 15 days and up to 30 days after receiving the item, you can request a gift card with the value of the items to be returned. This coupon will only be valid for use in online purchases .
We also offer you the option of changing the size within this exceptional period. However, in this case you would have to pay for both shipments, which would be €6.95.
Muscari Collection reserves the right to refuse returns sent after the specified deadline, or items that are not in the same condition as when they were received. In this case, the products will be sent back to the recipient at their expense, and no refund will be issued.
Refund options
You can choose between:
- Exchange for another item: At the same time that the new order is delivered to you, you must hand over the package to be returned.
- Gift card for the website: (remember that we will also give you an additional 10%): A gift card will be generated for the amount of the product + 10% that you can apply to any of your online purchases.
- Refund to the same payment method: You will receive your refund on the same card you used for the order, this process can take from 1 week to 10 days.
Return in physical store
Returns can only be made at our physical store located at 11 Profesor Waksman Street. (Madrid)
To do this, it is essential to process the return from our returns portal and at the time of the return present the email that you receive after validating it.
Return by shipping
You must validate the return on our returns portal and you will receive delivery instructions by email.

Return by shipping (Canary Islands)
You must access the portal and process the return using the "Do it Yourself" method.
Unfortunately, we do not offer pickup services for shipments to the Canary Islands, so you must send the products to us yourself at the following address:

It is VERY IMPORTANT that the service you hire does not include delivery to the office, as we will not be able to pick up the package and it will end up being returned.

The refund will be reflected in your account within approximately 15 business days from the date the returned item arrives at our offices.
Please note that shipping costs received during order fulfillment are non-refundable, as are any taxes or customs fees incurred during shipping. If we are required to pay any of these costs upon receiving your package, we will deduct them from your refund.
Return Shipping (International)
You have the option to choose the carrier we have a contract with in your country, or send it yourself.
To do this, you must access the portal and process the return using the "Do it Yourself" method.
Unfortunately, we do not have collection services for shipments to the Canary Islands, so you will have to send the products yourself to the following address:

Changes
Change of size or model
1. You must enter our portal with your order number and your email.
2. In the portal you must select Exchange and choose the item you want to receive:
- In the event that it is a size change , at the end of the process you would receive a link to pay the shipping costs .
- In the event that it is a cheaper product, a code is generated with the difference for you to use on your next purchase.
- In the event that you choose a more expensive product, at the end of the process you would receive a link to pay the shipping costs + the price difference.
3. Once you finish the process and make the payment if necessary, a new order will be generated with a return delivery method, that is, at the same time that they give you the new size, you deliver the package to be returned with a label that the delivery man carries.
In the first change, we are responsible for one shipment and the customer for the other (€4.95). In the second change, the customer would have to pay the total shipping costs.
We will send you the product as soon as possible and you will receive an email with the information necessary for the exchange.
*This modality is only available for the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and Portugal. Changes from the Canary Islands or outside Spain are not available)
Change in physical store
We will refund the amount of the item you are exchanging or returning and you will have to make a new purchase of the item you want.
Remember that returns and exchanges can only be made in our physical store on Profesor Waksman Street, 11. (Madrid)
Defective product
If you have received a defective item, you must notify us by email at devoluciones@muscaricollection.es within 48 working hours.
Returns will not be accepted on used or manipulated products.
At that time, we will tell you how to make the exchange and we will send you the product in perfect condition as soon as possible, if we have stock. If there is no stock available, you can exchange it for another product or request a return and we will cover the shipping costs.
**In the event that you process a return due to defects without writing beforehand, it is possible that when we review it, it will not be considered a defect. In that case, we will charge you the shipping costs**
