Shipping policy

The shipping options may change according to the shipping address, the time of your purchase and the availability of the items.

Home delivery:

1) Spain - Península

- You'll receive the shippment within 48-72 working hours from order confirmation. If the order is placed after hours or during weekends or holidays, we will prepare it the next business day.

- Shipping is FREE for orders over 39€. For orders under 39€ the shipping cost is 3,95€.

2) Spain (Balearic Islands)

- Shipments will arrive in 48-72 working hours from order confirmation. If the order is placed after hours or during weekends or holidays, we will prepare it the next working day.

- Shipping is FREE for orders over 150€. For orders under 150€ the shipping cost is 5,95€.

 3) Spain (Canary Islands)

- Shipments will arrive within 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation.

- Shipping is FREE for orders over 150€. For orders under 150€ the shipping costs are 8,95€.

*Important: For all shipments to the Canary Islands it is necessary to send us an e-mail to hola@muscaricollection.es before placing the order indicating your ID so that we can include it in the invoice in order to carry out the customs procedures.

4) Portugal

- Shipments will arrive in 48-72 working hours from order confirmation. If the order is placed after hours or during weekends or holidays, we will prepare it the next working day.

- Shipments will have a cost of 8,50€.

5) Europa

- Depending on the country of destination the period is between 7 and 10 working days. If the order is placed after hours or during weekends or holidays, we will prepare it the next working day.

- Shipping costs will be 10€.

*If you are not at home when your order arrives, the courier company will contact you on the phone number you have indicated to try to make the delivery.
In case of failure, the courier company will proceed: (a) either to deposit it in the office closest to your home; or (b) to return the package to our warehouse. In the latter case, once we receive the goods, we will proceed to refund the amount of the order, although the amount equivalent to the cost of the return will be deducted (3.95 euros in Peninsula, 5.95 euros in Balearic Islands, etc.).

**During the Christmas period, sales and promotions (Black Friday) the delivery time may be longer than usual.
