i. The estimated delivery time for items identified as “Pre-order” is approximately 15 days from the date of purchase.
However, as soon as we receive the restock, we proceed to ship all orders, so the timeframe may be shorter. We are not responsible if the delivery timeframe is longer; however, the customer may withdraw from the purchase, resulting in the cancellation of the order and a refund of the amount for the undelivered item, provided that it has not yet been shipped.

ii. Items offered as “Pre-order” are products that are not in stock at the time of purchase. Therefore, the order will be shipped once the item is available to us.

iii. In the event of purchasing a regular item and a pre-order item in the same order:

- If your order exceeds 150 euros, you can write to us at hola@muscaricollection.es and request that we ship the items we have in stock within our usual timeframe, while the pre-order item will be shipped as soon as it is received.

- If your order does not exceed 150 euros, it will be shipped in its entirety once we receive the pre-order garment.
