Exchange and return policy

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We accept exchanges and/or returns on all items. Clothes and shoes .

They are not allowed exchanges and returns imitation jewelry for hygiene reasons (unless the product is defective) or garments without labels or in poor condition.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

The deadline to make any return is 15 calendar days from when you receive the order .

If your order has a pre-sale product, and the return period has passed, please contact us at the following e-mail devoluciones@muscaricollection.es

*On the occasion of Christmas, orders placed from Monday, November 14, may be returned until January 13, 2023*

MAKE A RETURN VIA SHIPPING

  • You must access our returns portal . You can locate your order by email, telephone, order number or tracking number.
  • Choose between:
    • A. Home pickup (€4.50)
    • B. Deposit in office (€3.50),
  • Depending on the option you choose, the following instructions on how to proceed will appear.

    *Shipping costs for the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands will be €5

    MAKE INTERNATIONAL RETURN

    Returns from outside Spain have a cost of between €8 and €10

    • Access our returns portal and fill it out with your information
    • Print the label and take it to the nearest office.

    WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF MY RETURN?

    The refund will be made in the same payment method that you used for your purchase.

    You will receive confirmation of the refund by email once the package has arrived at our warehouse. From the day your package is picked up until the refund is reflected in your account, it can take up to 14 days.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?

    At MUSCARI we strive to review each order and each item sent, if exceptionally you have received an item different from the one purchased or the item is defective, or we ask that you please notify us by email at devoluciones@muscaricollection.es so that it remains written proof within 48 hours of receiving the package, attaching an image of the defect or damage.

    We will ship the correct item as soon as possible and will arrange to collect the item sent in error. In this case, we will assume the costs of both shipping and return.
