Pre-sale conditions
i. The estimated delivery time for items identified as “Pre-Order” is approximately 10/15 days from the date of purchase.
However, as soon as we receive the replacement , we proceed to send all orders, so the delivery time may be shorter . We are not responsible for longer delivery times , although the customer may cancel the purchase, proceeding to cancel the order and refund the amount of the undelivered item, as long as it has not been sent.
ii. Items offered as "Pre-Order" are products that are not in stock at the time of purchase. Therefore, the order will be shipped once the item is available.
iii. In the event of purchasing a regular item and a pre-sale item in the same order :
- If the order exceeds 150 euros, we will ship whatever we have in stock within our usual timeframe , while the pre-order item will be shipped as soon as it is received .
- If the order does not exceed 150 euros, it will be shipped in full once we receive the pre-sale item.

Returns
The return policy is the same as for a normal order. You have 15 days to request a refund for your order. This period starts counting from the day you receive the package.
